01Acceptance of these terms

These terms form an agreement between you and UdaanVidya ("we", "us"). By creating an account, buying a test series or attempting any paper on this platform, you accept them.

If you are under 18, you must have a parent or guardian read and accept these terms on your behalf. By continuing, you confirm that this has happened.

We may update these terms as the platform changes. Material changes will be notified by email to the address on your account at least seven days before they take effect. Continuing to use the platform after that means you accept the updated terms.

02Your account

An account is for one student. It is personal to you and cannot be transferred, shared or sold.

We sign you in with a one-time code sent to your email address, so there is no password to protect. This makes your email account the key to your test series: keep access to it secure, and tell us immediately if you believe someone else can read it.

• You must give a real email address that you control.
• You are responsible for everything done through your account.
• Sharing sign-in codes with another person is a breach of these terms.
• We may suspend an account we reasonably believe is being shared or misused.

03The 24 hour test window and single attempt rule

Each paper opens for a fixed period of 24 hours. You may begin at any point inside that window, and the window is the same for every student taking that paper. This is what makes the rank meaningful.

Once you accept the pre-test declaration and begin, your attempt has started. The countdown runs to zero and cannot be paused, extended or restarted. Closing the tab, losing your connection, losing power or changing device does not stop the clock.

You get one attempt per paper. When the window closes, any attempt still open is submitted automatically with whatever answers have been saved. Papers you did not attempt are marked as missed and cannot be taken later.

• Windows are published in advance and are visible from the day you join.
• A window that has already opened will not be moved, because doing so would give different students different amounts of time.
• Solutions are released to everyone at the same moment, when the window closes.
• Ranks are normally published within 90 minutes of a window closing.

04Question papers and intellectual property

Every question, solution, explanation and report on this platform is created by or licensed to UdaanVidya and remains our property. Buying a test series buys you the right to use that material for your own preparation, and nothing more.

You may not copy, photograph, screen record, transcribe, republish, sell or distribute any question paper or solution, in any form, whether or not you charge for it. This includes posting questions to messaging groups, forums, coaching material or social media.

We take this seriously because a leaked paper destroys the rank for every student who sat it honestly. Accounts found distributing content are closed without refund, and we reserve the right to pursue the matter further.

05Payments, coupons and invoices

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

Payments are processed by Cashfree Payments. We do not see or store your card number, UPI PIN or bank credentials at any point. A receipt is emailed to you as soon as a payment is confirmed.

Coupon codes carry their own conditions, including a discount amount, an expiry date and a limit on how many times they can be used. A coupon is applied only when it is valid at the moment you pay; entering one earlier does not reserve it.

• Access to a test series lasts 12 months from the date of purchase.
• A test series is not renewed automatically. Nothing is charged to you again without a fresh purchase.
• Refunds are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

06Exam integrity

A mock test is only useful if it reflects what you can do on your own. We expect every attempt to be your own unaided work.

The following will invalidate a result and may lead to your account being closed without refund: using another person to attempt a paper, using notes or external help where the paper does not permit it, attempting to access answer keys before a window closes, and any attempt to tamper with the test interface, the timer or the submission process.

We record ordinary technical information about an attempt, such as time spent on each question and when answers were saved. We use this to score papers, produce your report and detect irregular patterns. We do not use your camera or microphone, and we do not monitor anything outside the test page.

07What we do not promise

We provide practice papers, ranks and reports. We do not guarantee any particular score, rank or admission in any real examination. Your result depends on your own preparation and on the paper you eventually sit.

Our papers are prepared to match the pattern and difficulty of the examinations they target, but they are not the real examinations and are not endorsed by any examination authority.

We aim to keep the platform available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Where a technical failure on our side prevents you from completing a paper, we will investigate from our logs and put it right.

08Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, UdaanVidya is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform, including loss of opportunity or examination outcome.

Where we are found liable, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the test series in question.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

09Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

If something goes wrong, write to us first at info.udaanvidya@gmail.com. Most issues are resolved within a few days, and we would much rather fix a problem than argue about it.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved that way is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi, India.
